The COMSEC III is the only wire tap detector that works with the telephone company exchange. Once the COMSECIII is connected to your phone line it continuously detects the slighest signal from your phone to the telephone company. The patented technology of the COMSEC III scans the line before, during and after every call, when the electrical signature pattern changes the LED will flash.
