The Vidi Wireless Observer XT Network Camera allows you to keep track of your kids, your belongings, home or business by capturing audio/video clips and digital snapshots. This feature-rich wireless security camera can connect easily to your 802.11b network to allow for built-in tilt and pan control from remote locations using Internet Explorer. Up to 10 people can connect simultaneously, ideal for larger homes or small businesses.

Set up and access this high-quality wireless security camera in just minutes! Enabling real-time video and image capturing over your local network or the Internet is simply done by plugging the Vidi Wireless Observer XT Network Camera into any indoor electrical outlet and using the included software for setup. If you know how to "surf the web" then accessing the camera is simple. Just point your browser to the wireless security camera's onboard home page. You'll be able to monitor up to four locations simultaneously through a single web browser. A split screen allows you to monitor the cameras simultaneously, or you can access a full-screen view of any camera with a single click.

Control the Vidi Wireless Observer XT Network Camera's pan and tilt features remotely, panning 120 degrees and tilting up to 60 degrees. You can even save and e-mail the images. An internal microphone allows you to capture live audio.

A VGA-CCD image sensor provides crisp color images. An on/off button and status indicator blink to let you know if someone is accessing the camera on site. The network camera has a serial port connection for future use with optional add-on devices. Additional features include 24-bit color digital output and auto exposure, gain and white balance.
